Welcome to our
meditation course


Dive into the joy of 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 with this 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 12-week course! We’ll start with the experience called 'Self-Realisation', the awakening of our inner energy, known as Kundalini, which can bring us into a beautiful meditative state. 

Through-out the course we’ll learn how to meditate at home, how to balance and cleanse our 'subtle system', and a lot about the inner workings of this subtle system inside of us, and how it relates to our day-to-day lives. We’ll also enjoy the merits of collective meditation, so there’s space for experience as well as knowledge in every session! After the session that there’s always time for a chat with some tea & biscuits as well.

Although this course is free, it is really encouraged to commit to coming as regularly as you can, to really make the most of it! You’ll really start feeling the benefits of Sahaja Yoga meditation when it becomes a regular practice, and every session will have a whole new set of information. 
After this beginners course, there’ll also be the possibility to dive deeper and follow up with an 'intermediate' and 'advanced' course (yes, still free of course!). 

We will send a recap and sometimes extra material of every session topic in weekly emails, to keep you fully up-to-date.
